Cristina Solis

Cristina earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture form Arizona State University and a Master of Architecture from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her enjoyment of architecture is deeply rooted in an obsession over craft, composition, and visualization. Her upbringing in Mexico immersed her in the richness of Latin American architecture. There, she grew attached to the importance of carefully curating materiality, color, and light in a space while also accepting the beauty that can occur from unforeseen intersections in the built environment. Cristina currently takes great pleasure in being an online professor at Arizona State University where she teaches first year graduate students asynchronously. In her free time, she also enjoys gardening and furniture making.
