Cristina Solis

Cristina’s enjoyment of architecture is deeply rooted in an obsession over craft, composition, and visualization. Her upbringing in Mexico immersed her in the richness of Latin American architecture. There she grew attached to the importance of carefully curating materiality, color, and light in a space while also accepting the beauty that can occur from unforeseen accidental intersections in the built environment. Cristina currently takes great pleasure in being an online professor at Arizona State University where she teaches first year graduate students asynchronously. In her free time, she also enjoys gardening and furniture making.
